Costa Real Estate LLC is seeking real estate agents who are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, have a desire to be successful, are willing to step out of their comfort zone, and are ready to learn how to produce real money!

These agents should come prepared with a group of family, friends, and acquaintances in their sphere of influence.  An understanding of social media is also preferred.

Costa Real Estate LLC is offering real estate agent positions for existing agents and new agents.  We will be offering pre-license classes starting soon for motivated individuals that want more freedom and income!

New Agent Benefits:

There are a lot of steps to beginning to be a real estate agent.  At Costa Real Estate, we will help you get set up with your 75 hours of coursework (either live or online), and help you prepare for your exam.  Once you have passed your exam and you are licensed, we will assign you a mentor. 

Our mentors provide new agents with hands on experience in the field and in the office.  New agents learn the art of writing listing and sales contracts, home showings, open houses, negotiating and preparing offers, contract to close experience, how to use the MLS, marketing, and so much more!

Commercial Agent Benefits:

We are Costar-Loopnet subscribers & West Penn MLS members, who also market to nationwide chains, as well as all the growing small, medium, and large companies listed by Costar only companies.  At Costa Real Estate, Commercial agents can switch to our company and be included in residential, land, new construction sales, and property management.  Lead generation opportunities will also be provided with no referral fees!

Residential MLS Agent Benefits: 

At Costa Real Estate, we believe in offering agents the ability to expand their portfolios.  We are one of the only brokerages that teach all interested agents commercial real estate and property management.  We also provide opportunities for agents to learn new construction and vacant land transactions.  It is our goal to ensure that our agents are not passed over by their peers because they have little to no experience in these areas.  We will share listings and buyers with you and guide you through the process for success.

Our office is in Finleyville, Washington County, and we have listings and sales all over Southwestern Pennsylvania.  We also provide a virtual office for those that will work mostly from home or already have an office.

We can help people become successful while working from home in many areas including Wexford, Cranberry, Hampton, Fox Chapel, Lawrenceville, Squirrel Hill, South Side, other Pittsburgh suburbs. We also service many other areas of Washington County close to Southpointe, Cecil, Peters Township, Canonsburg, North Strabane and many more.

Paired with our low overhead, a more commission-in-your-pocket approach is the path for success!

Our Commission Structure:


At Costa Real Estate, we believe that the agent should benefit from all the hard work that they do on the transactions that they complete.  Our commission structure is specifically designed to ensure that all agents benefit from their work.  Our agents are paid within two business days of the office receiving commission checks.  Commission is paid on a three-level tiered system.  Commissions are evaluated based on the sales volume from the previous 365 days of the salesperson’s anniversary date.

  • Level 1: $0 to $999,999 = 75%
  • Level 2: $1,000,000 to 3,999,999 = 85%
  • Level 3: $4,000,000 and up = 90%

Commission increases and decreases will be based upon production and will be assessed on the anniversary date of the agent entering into an agreement with the brokerage. 

Our Fee Structure:

The agent is responsible for:

  • Realtor Association Dues (currently $485/year)
  • Continuing Education (approximately $150 every 2 years)
  • License Renewal (currently $96 every 2 years)
  • Monthly MLS dues (currently $51/month)
  • Supra fees (currently $15/month)

The Broker is responsible for

  • E&O insurance
  • Standard real estate signs

There are NO membership, desk, broker, or admin fees, NO floor time, and NO mandatory meetings.
