Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Work Ethic & Hustle - these aren’t buzz words; they are how Dave leads his life and they are also the qualities he brings to work with each of his clients. Man of Faith & Principal, Husband, Father, Son, Brother & friend – these are relationship aspects of life he strives to work on improving daily, and also the motivation that drive’s him!

His work ethic & hustle started in fifth grade with a paper route which led to seven seasons at Kennywood Park in the accounting office thru high school and into college. His commitment was demonstrated in numerous jobs in State College including insurance sales with Northwestern Mutual, high-end retail menswear sales with The Bostonian Ltd and Harper’s Men’s shop and working as a stage -hand at the Bryce Jordan Center, all while earning a marketing degree from Penn State University. His honesty & integrity were exhibited most when he taught his sales teams his 3 rules for a successful sale: “Don’t do anything Illegal, Immoral or unethical, and you’ll be fine!”.

Dave was in the telecom space for 16 years where he learned how to effectively communicate with and educate clients and sales professionals from all walks of life. He learned the importance of asking clear & specific questions and listening to understand in order to present solutions to clients needs.

Dave created the NEXT STEP Sales Solutions process to walk his clients thru the process of buyer or selling property or land in order to make it easy, simple & stress free. He wants to be your ‘go to trusted advisor’ and his goal is to give you World Class service and help to make the transaction FUN!
Dave lives in the South Hills with his wife Jennifer, daughter Mackenzie and their Cavalier King Charles, Riley.
