New Agent Benefits:
There are a lot of steps to beginning to be a real estate agent. At Costa Real Estate, we will help you get set up with your 75 hours of coursework (either live or online), and help you prepare for your exam. Once you have passed your exam and you are licensed, we will assign you a mentor.
Our mentors provide new agents with hands on experience in the field and in the office. New agents learn the art of writing listing and sales contracts, home showings, open houses, negotiating and preparing offers, contract to close experience, how to use the MLS, marketing, and so much more!

At Costa Real Estate, Commercial agents can switch to our company and be included in residential, land, new construction sales, and property management. Our Commission Structure:
At Costa Real Estate, we believe that the agent should benefit from all the hard work that they do on the transactions that they complete. Our commission structure is specifically designed to ensure that all agents benefit from their work. Our agents are paid within two business days of the office receiving commission checks. Commission is paid on a three-level tiered system. Commissions are evaluated based on the sales volume from the previous 365 days of the salesperson’s anniversary date.
- Level 1: $0 to $999,999 = 75%
- Level 2: $1,000,000 to 3,999,999 = 85%
- Level 3: $4,000,000 and up = 90%
Commission increases and decreases will be based upon production and will be assessed on the anniversary date of the agent entering into an agreement with the brokerage.
Our Fee Structure:
The agent is responsible for:
- Realtor Association Dues (currently $485/year)
- Continuing Education (approximately $150 every 2 years)
- License Renewal (currently $96 every 2 years)
- Monthly MLS dues (currently $51/month)
- Supra fees (currently $15/month)
The Broker is responsible for
- E&O insurance
- Standard real estate signs
There are NO membership, desk, broker, or admin fees, NO floor time, and NO mandatory meetings.
